We currently ship within the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order. For reference, our current delivery options are outlined below:

Additional Information
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary. While we always aim to dispatch promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order is with the courier.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm qualify for next working day delivery.
All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included, unless otherwise stated.
If an order is returned to sender, a return-to-sender fee will be deducted from any refund issued. This cost will be confirmed once the item has been received and assessed.

Damages & Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@ouverturelondon.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

- Clear photographic evidence
We will do everything we can to resolve this promptly.

Samples & Promotions
Wax melt samples are sent via standard UK delivery and are limited to one order per customer.
From time to time, we may offer a complimentary gift with purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
