These delivery times are a guide and we cannot accept responsibility for any delays that may arise with delivery 

Please Note "working days" Monday - Friday - not bank holidays or weekends

All orders will be shipped with duties and taxes included, unless otherwise stated

If orders are returned to sender - there will be a RTS fee applied to any refund due - this cost will be determined at time of receipt of the item returned and checked 

If you would like your order sent outside of the Uk please email our team and we will get back to you asap - hello@ouverturelondon.com

Any delivery issues regarding wrong item / breakages etc need to be reported to us at hello@ouverturelondon.com within 24 hours of delivery - we will need a full description of the issue and photographic evidence to be sent - and we will do all we can to help resolve this matter for you as soon as possible.

This does not effect consumer rights

Returns

We strive to ensure all orders are received on time, in the very best condition and to your total satisfaction. If we fail on this we will do all we can to help rectify the situation for you

If your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you inform us with 24 hours from delivery and take photos of the delivery box - showing the delivery label - photos of the packing inside and the item that has been damaged. We also need a description of the damage and any information you see relevant to help with our enquiry. Once we have this information we can then investigate this for you and resolve accordingly

If you wish to return an unwanted item you have 14 days from date of delivery to return the order, at your own cost, and once back with us and checked we can issue a refund back to the original payment method - less any offers and delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery return service as we cannot be help liable for any lost of damaged items returned back to us - no refunds will be given

Complimentary Gift

*Complimentary gift is only available for sales on Ouverture London products, and is not redeemable for products brought from the other brands we sell.

Free complimentary gifts sent with orders MUST be returned if any part of the order is returned. The gift is chosen at our discretion and subject to change and cancellation throughout the year.
